I have paid for two luxurious cottage in total but we have been alloted rooms of different from the category of room I booked for. the owner admitted the same and promised us to refund the amount in excess of the price of the room we were alloted. but he informed us that he has not been paid by make my trip. when he would get the money he would refund me. but no refund till date.

The place is too good to visit the weather was cool with a view of the kanchanjunga. I was travelling solo and it's a great place to unwind oneself

The hotel is decent with basic facilities but they need to improve on the service part. The staffs are great and very friendly and helpful. I had a bad experience on the first night as the room I have booked was not available and had to stay in a very small cottage which was very claustrophobic however they have changed my room for the next day which was really good with wooden walls the pure feeling of north Bengal hills. Overall a great place to visit and a good place to stay. The food was good.
