When i reached at the location it was hard to find as there are no visible hording or nameplate of property. Further property was locked. Upon contacting the host they didn't come out to the door initially and just kept us waiting at the locked door for 15 minutes. Finally they arranged another room at some other nearby location as they were unable to arrange keys of the lock. Whole experience was weird and anxiety inducing as it was late night and i was in unknown city.

Its near main road but the property is in dead end and i could not go by car conveniently and there is no space to take back vehicle to running position i took by reverse up to 150 mtrs. Lot of vehicles parked on both side of road being its xuv my car met scratch by an name board which was kept on road.

He assisted right from getting into the hotel till getting into the train. He guided on local information and spoke to local cab and auto people and assisted us. Felt value for money for the property, booked at 1500 bugs one room with bed and kitchen with neat bathroom is provided. Excellent caretaker

Stayed at Ivory Edge Apartments. It's good value for money and convenient for people coming for short to medium term stay. Place was very clean. Washrooms also were clean. The owner was very polite and helpful.

Good service and good facility

Walk able distance from Avinashi Road where most of the famous educational institutions exists. Very neatly maintained flat and hardly noise near the flat. Apartment is surrounded by the hostels for students. They don't provide breakfast and dinner but surrounding place has many good food joints.

Near the airport and IT park. Room was clean, owner charged more for AC room. Power backup didn’t work during my stay, although mentioned available on MMT. Water cooler was also situated at a common place on ground floor while rooms were located on first and second floors. Overall it was ok but could be better.

Near to bus stop, easy to arrive, nice rooms, good for stay. Room is neat and clean comfortable to stay.
