Hotel Shree Vilas

Rooms were clean, but several maintenance issues need attention. The door lock was not functioning properly, and bathroom hangers were missing. Basic bathroom amenities were also not provided. The common entrance area near the reception was quite dirty and had an unpleasant odor. Even inside the room, there was a noticeable smell. Although I had opted for a full meal package, breakfast was not available in-house — it was arranged from outside and turned out to be very average and oily. Overall, cleanliness and maintenance need major improvement, and the dining experience could be much better.

Hotel have seepage issues, hot water not available, electricity issues, even lift got stopped, even they don't have ketchup's and achaar in breakfast. Untrained staff. These are a small issues could be manageable by hotel, but as a visitor this ruined my trip. Rest owner is polite and help us the maximum he could do.

Room was changed thrice due to technical fault in the rooms aloted. Although staff was good and well mannered.

It's was good to stay, safety standards was good and also hygiene is also good

All thing about this hotel like location, food, hygiene & safety is good. But one thing disturbed me that tv in which selected channels was on and others not. All over i give good for this hotel.

There was absolutely nothing in this hotel. No wifi, no dining hall, no clean rooms, tv was not working. And i asked about all to receptionist. He started blaming corona effect for everything rather-than fixing problems. After complaining to mmt, i got my compensation. I won't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very close to bus stop. Staff behavior was good and quickly responded to any queries. Breakfast was good but was not very satisfied with lunch. Surprisingly it turned out to be cheaper to extend through online booking as compared to hotel itself.

Highest level of employees i.e. manager to reception. In house kitchen restaurant attendant or cleaner. All were really pleasant and helpful. 24 hours services. Too good.
