The room and the bathroom is quite spacious and they have clean bed sheets too.

Very hospitable staff especially Saurav the main attendant. On ordering food it is arranged very well besides the room was spacious and so was the bathroom. The only thing they would do better is along with tea and coffee some snacks and fast food was available. Even so due to their excellent service food was not a problem.

Need to improve the cleanliness

I was willing to rate this hotel even below 1. Bad location mid of industrial area. Seepage in walls. Rooms was bad. Bed sheet, blankets seems like they were never laundry. Please don't spoil your trip by selecting this hotel.

Three stars only for staff's behaviour

Parwanoo is an avoidable place and so is this hotel. For the first time, I left my room unlocked because of two reasons - the lock was broken and also the manager ensured that they take full responsibility. I don't think we can ever do that in a 5 star
