Hotel Prerana

Had a very bad experience with this hotel. No basic service provided by the servants. The rooms and washrooms were not cleaned. Drinking water was not given, geyser and tv were not working. The bedsheets given were not cleaned. No facility for the restaurant.

Rooms are small. Not cleaned. Veranda very dirty. Bedsheet is old, torn, pillow covers are. Equally bad. Bath room attachment are broken. Lift starts only after 0700 hrs. Basic hospitalities like bed tea not available, evening tea some how managed but only after 1800 hrs. Make my trip must deregistered this hotel for own good

The experience was somewhat ok but not as expected and thrilling because the room was not having balcony as shown in the pictures and apart from that the price was also not justified for the place as there were better hotels at much affordable rates. The staff of the hotel were good and helpful. No thankyou

Housekeeping is poor and room maintenance is overdue, very near to the temple and otherwise ok. Hotel boys and officials are cooperative.

Horrible room n room service facility. Used n dirty towels given. No restaurant facility available. Room rent n room quality n service are not at par. Sorry to say its not a room worth rs. 1900- at all. Horrible experience with make my trip.
