Hotel room was stinking

When we reached the Hotel in the morning at 4:00 Am the door of Hotel was closed and reception boy was sleeping. I had to make lot of effort to wake him. Then when we asked for my room, he said my booking has been cancelled. I have to convince him that I had not cancelled the booking then he allow me the keys of the room. The room was stinking when I enter the room. House keeping was terrible because during my two days stay no cleaning/sweeping of room was done. No drinking water was provided on the second day.
