Totally worst experience Light was not there in hotel from 1 am to 4am even hotel team had not started the generator. One customer had gone down and shouted then they started genset. In room landline was not working. Water was not provided even after asked

Amazing corbett trip from kumaon plaza.

soloOverall excellent stay. Hotel has been refurbished and everything is just perfect now. Room was so comfortable, warm and cozy. Nandi restaurant multi cuisine food was amazing. Lovely garden to stroll through in the evening. Went to corbett for a day trip which is just 45 minutes drive away. . Whole trip turned out to be so budget friendly, and enjoyable. Will certainly keep coming again.

I gave 3 star just because i booked a anand villa suite room. Room is big but bathroom is very small as compare to room. Wcwas very uncomfortable as ut is vey close to one of the bathroom wall from side. There was another room inside thia villa which was not clean due to which did not used it. Overall experience as per suite is not good. If i buy suite in another hotel it could be different experience. But here it is just a normal room with one more attach room. There is nothing like suite.
