The receptionist was not present regularly. They had no knowledge about medical assistance. The rooms were not cleaned on time. The lights were constantly on. There was no light for three to four hours at night.We didn't get breakfast there.

Your response is completely unacceptable. after my checkout is nothing but an excuse to wash your hands of responsibility. The fact that I am raising this concern after my stay does not negate the validity of my complaint - it only highlights the severity of the issues I faced. The entire hotel was filled with smoke and dust from the surrounding industrial area, making it suffocating and unhealthy. I had a blind person staying with me, which made the unsafe and unhygienic environment even more unacceptable. There was no kitchen in the hotel, no provision of water, and not even basic utensils available. I expect an immediate and meaningful resolution, including accountability from the hotel for failing to provide even the bare minimum of promised services.
