it was worst experience ever , they demanded extra charges other then full paid , no water , breakfast given as mentioned.

Very bad room, uncleaned. The staff was unprofessional and they were rude to the guests. Also it seem like a haunted house

Very poor unhygienic room, dirty toilet, no food and tea is available they hold-ed my family for three hours very poor stay

A lot improvement need to be done in order to attract customers by hotel. The room service should be managed well. Staff need to be much prompt. The identity cards must be returned after the paperwork, xerox etc. The cleanliness of bathrooms need to be improved and there must be dustbins in all room as in my case it was not moreover was not provided even after complain. The water facility was fine. Environment was ok only slight noise in early night, don't know why? Rather overall fine stay. Specially helpful if you have some work in outskirts of Agra. Like an exam in Idz Kuberpur. You can get there by Autos.
