Terrible Stay

*1/5 - Terrible Experience* My recent stay at O Island was a disaster. The check-in process was delayed by staff even they didn't open gate and the AC didn't function properly. To make matters worse, it stopped working in the middle of the night, making it impossible to sleep in this hot summer. The staff's behavior was appalling - they were rude, and unwelcoming. One staff member even questioned why I booked their hotel, making me feel unwanted. The lack of customer care and hospitality was shocking. Avoid this hotel at all costs. The experience was unbearable, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Horrible most hotel in India.

I booked a room and paid the money but when I approached the hotel reception he refused to give me room saying that your booking is not showing His behaviour was ridiculous. Lastly I have to go to some other hotel and stayed. Horrible hotel never ever anyone go to this hotel. No money was refunded to me
