Rooms are clean, all are good at this price just drawback is food is not allowed inside the room, you have to go to Hotel. And about water. No one provide mineral water bottle there in Surat about per night Hotel, they will give you tap water to drink But Hotel is really good at this price. If your budget is low then this will be best option.
