Hotel Mangal Bhog Nathdwara

All the rooms smelling including bathrooms, no cleanliness, presence of mosquitoes, no hot water after checkin. No id verification. Lot of baby cockroaches in all the rooms. No towels and soap. Staff is untidy and unprofessional. On many complaints, the hotel contact person assured me that he will move us to another hotel by evening, but this didn’t happened instead they moved us to another room in same hotel with slightly bigger room but this room is also with same condition. Only the rooms were sprayed with air freshner, gave mosquito repellent, turned on boiler but hot water was available from evening, provided towels and soap but the towel wasn’t clean. I don’t know on what basis makemytrip have rated them 3 star. Will never ever recommend this hotel.

Very bad service, we travel with infant and family but there is no service no hygiene and no response for any calls

Best Part of this hotel is its very near by Shrinath ji Temple and Secondly it's a nice property with nice people having Restaurant inside hotel it self is plus point. What i like most is this property is connected to Gate No 1 and Gate No 2 Gali. Early morning if you are going for mangla arti you will get to see amazing Gujrati breakfast including poha, fafda, and khaman. Samosa,Kachori and Chai with good flavor. To Reach this property you can get thela gadi in case you are carying lot of luggage because car, riksha inside not allowed 🚫 Lift Available so in case senior citizen its a good option. they are having two hotels 🏨 back to back in one property they have 5 Rooms and in other they have 4 Rooms so in case you are coming wiry family or group you can enjoy entire property by booking 4 Rooms or 5 Rooms in other one. have enjoyed entire property as I have visited with my family.
