Hotel Kingdom Palace

We were given a late check in. Ac in one room was not working. When we complained to the manager he gave an indifferent reply. He rudely told us to check out and denied any refund or concession. We were with two senior citizens and their rude reply and attitude is unacceptable.

Bed sheets were dirty. We asked to change. Room had stink. Walls not painted since long. No service person available. Seems manage with one manager and 3 helpers. For breakfast 3 options - tea, pouwa, samosa ! and kachori. Even bread and butter was not available. worst rooms i had ever seen

No proper bedsheet no hot water need to improve in cleanliness

The food was good at the hotel even the staff was good and cooperative. Only the property wasn't maintained properly. It was poorly maintained and was in shabby condition

The location is outside the main city. So you will not feel that you are in Udaipur. Every time you need to go to main city to enjoy. When you came to city to enjoy the local flavour, you need not prefer this hotel. Also, the roof top image is not matching with the actual.

The hotel is located centrally in Udaipur and it is easy to reach to railway station, bus station and to all the marketing place s in the city. Rooms are clean, tidy and well maintained. Overall it is value for money

I reserved room by make my trip at hotel kingdom palace when I reached at easy to park my car. Room was well maintained neat and clean. Hotel staff was helpful. I enjoyed here. I take food kingdom roof top restaurant. Food was well prepared and tasty. Specially kadai paneer thanks keep it up

After booking and payment hotel owner refuse to give room. And no reply from MMT and hotel staff. Late night 11 am we have to serch new hotel after 6 hours car driving. I request reply me why this happen and who is responcible.

I stayed here with my family hotel location has good and easy to reach ample parking. Room was well maintained service also good nice interior. Room service very good. I had dinner at kingdom restaurant food was tasty. We find family environment here. Thanks to management.

Over it was good stay. Room size is small. Location of the hotel is good. They have to add more facilities in hotel. Here we stayed for two nights during Diwhali over all good budget hotel. They have to add more items in breakfast.

Stayed at this hotel in june. The service was pathetic. Will not recommend this hotel to any1. The area is OK and many hotels around especially on your way from NH8.

Nice staff, nice location near by railway station. Near to Geetanjali medical college. Good food. Room service is good. Laundry service is on time. Rooms are luxurious and well maintained. I will come here again.

Best service with happy staff. Food also good in taste. Rooms are not too big but clean enough. The hotel has nice dining hall and rooftop restaurant as well. This in middle of the city. It's called sub city area.

Hotel service was good, neat and clean room, well decorated and spacious. I enjoyed on roof top restaurant with family members, tasty food, hotel location was good, crowd less, easy to park our car and overall thanks to management, keep it up.

It was OK and service was good. Food was also good. Rooms were small but well-maintained. But location was not very good. And management of the hotel was careless. One of our friend booked online, a day after us. Initially their booking was confirmed but when we reached there, they told that we have not confirmed and it was the fault of the travel website. Also they behaved very rudely in this matter.
