Hotel Heritage Inn

Hotel was at prime location, but inside hotel it was terrible experience, first of all no lift and even insist to them they haven’t provide lower floor room, power cut was there, no proper water supply, no tv was running properly after several requests they make it watchable. Main guy at reception was very rude but i have taken him on right hand. Food we have to order from nearby hotel and that idiot was thinking that he is over-smart he was charging extra amount for nothing i have taken him as well on right hand. Worst place to visit in india. Just because or rituals we have to go there otherwise no one wants to go there for pee itself. Worst people worst management. Only looting innocent people money. Stop

First of all the room was lying unused may be for months and never cleaned, full of small grasshoppers jumping here and there and also the bed sheets were full of dusts. Again when i reported to the reception office on mobile, the poor fellow says it is absolutely cleaned and changed the bed sheets same day morning itself.

Very bad experience. Service pathetic . I booked A. C. Room but a. Was not working after query I was informed that they will not allow to use a. Before March even after paying the a. Charge. Worst service ever. Never book this hotel

I had chosen this hotel considering that it would be close to Bodh Gaya where I found no budget hotel. I came across a horrible experience - discourteous reception, poor service or no service, stinking blankets, nonfunctional geyser and what not...
