Location is bit interior, staff at reception was not cooperative, they charged me extra for early check-in thought it was morning 9 am and not very early, than they made me waiting on the reception for 20 minutes as they didn't have room ready. Rooms are good but no fridge, no tea maker in the room. Shower was running very slow, I have complained about it but no one has attended it. They don't have buffet breakfast, but they serve you in the room with very limited choice. Non veg food is delicious.

Worth the money

I was on a work-related trip. The staff was cooperative. At the time of check-in, I was told that there was no room available although I booked through MMT. But later on after some time waiting got a room. Room is not very spacious but ok for a single occupancy. Washroom was clean. Linen was clean. One thing they can improve is noise resistance in room. All the time their lift instructions keep coming through room. So they can mitigate this. That was really very annoying. Staff was professional and jolly in nature. Room service was prompt. Easily reachable.
