Good for one night stay at hotel. Cooperative staff.

Walk in guests were allowed to check in while we were kept on waiting since we booked online and check in time was 6:00 am. Most disappointing experience.

Location is OK but, it's very close to station so continuously train's moving and making honk noise. Breakfast quantity is very low and service is OK.

Actual room rates 600 rupees but MMT claimed near about dubble. It's better room book directly instead of Make My Trip. Make my trip is very buckwas app. Do not use this app or website for hotel booking. Thanks

It was a horrible experience to stay in this Hotel booked through Make My Trip. The only plus point is the location, near to Railway station and Bus station. We had booked Suite rooms but they were very average rooms. There was nothing which could be called a Suite. The bathroom was pathetic. Broken taps, no hot water shower, worst wash basin, bad ventilation. The TV in the room was very small with most Channels not working. Room service was very poor.

The room wasn't clean and the washroom was even worse enough. The WiFi wasn't working. Basically at the same price there are a lot many hotels in Bharuch with better facilities and service. The food was okay.

Hotel location is very congested, room was not clean, AC was broken, wall were not proper covered with color, toilet was dirty, they don't give comb, okay but when I said that send someone to purchase from outside they replied not to send anyone. AC was window mounted & very noisy. TATA Sky dish TV Cable not regular recharged.

I spent only 4hrs during my last stay, the hotel is very close to the railway stn so that is one of the criteria. While surrounding may not be that pleasant, it is not bad either. It's an average hotel with a average tariff. So no complaints.
