El Oceano Beach Villas

It is an antique add heritage property, very tastefully and aesthetically refurbished and designed as a resort for peace loving tourists offering warm hospitality and mouth watering delicacies.

The place gives an ancient touch. If you are planning a trip where you go and relax then this is a great place. The rooms are nice and clean. The staff is also very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is right on the old state highway and yet it has a peaceful ambience to it. The location is clean and well maintained, although the pool did look like it could do with some water filtration. The food was good and served fairly well and hot. The staff are courteous, helpful and quick to act on your requests. The pool view rooms are old Kerala style buildings with modern amenities (including the bathroom), and have the necessary antique style furniture. Rooms are quite spacious and roomy as well. We will definitely be revisiting this location with our friends, again.

I had book the above hotel on the presumption that it had a beach view, and other facilities. But unfortunately after check in got to know it was a different property 500m away from the above property. I had got a pool side villa which got upgraded to honeymoon suite as we had requested and also as there was no one except us in the property. The food even was terrible. The service was below average.

El Oceano is a well maintained property with good food and great service. The Cottages are 1/2 Km away from the beach however the Beach villas, a separate property is on the beach. The cottages are big and the ambience inside and outside is cool. We got the pool facing cottage that was very convenient and day long business for kids. The candle light dinner and breakfast in the garden will remain in our sweet memories. Price of both the cottage and the food is high as compared to location. Cycles are available but in poor condition. Gym is missing in the resort.

Very much delighted with this stay. A short walk from hotel meant the beach was on your doorstep. Food was really good even though it was highly priced. Loved the complimentary breakfast. The hotel staff were incredibly nice and welcoming.

The resort is more than one KM away from the beach. The rooms were nicely put up, found clean but we felt the air inside was contaminated The management and staff were very courteous. The food we had from the restaurant was grate. The felicity for playing games was really an attraction for Children.

Location is secluded, far from beach with no option of any restaurant or cafe near by. I was left with no option other than the resort restaurant which serves OK, food with limited menu. The property is well maintained but the main drawback is it's location.

It is a small resort with about 12 villa. The staff take care of you so well from the time you check-in till you say good-bye. They also have a partner house boat company "Lakes and Lagoons" in allepey back waters. House boat cruise for 4 hours is a must if you visit allepey. Food is good. House keeping is excellent. Have a well maintained swimming pool. Environment is very calm.

Such good hotel, very helpful staff, first day they gave beautiful beach villa & after according to our request they upgraded the room, gave a very good cottage with good Air-Conditioning, food is above average, very good location.
