Overall confortable stay. Caretaker mr jeetu, very polite and helpful person, is always three for your every need during stay. Room are clean and neatly maintained. Good for family stay.

Due to train delay i was stuck and reached hotel late, the reception took me in quickly. Good neat and clean rooms, and good response by the hotel staff.

This review is for the ramdaspeth rajmachi location apartment of competent hospitality. We had actually booked the apartment at dharampeth location however as soon as we landed we got to know that we had to go to ramdaspeth as the other one is not vacant. Wow. Nevertheless we reached there as it is much closer to airport compared to the dharampeth one. Before we reached the lady manager was very nice and guided us to the way. However as soon as we reached there and told her that we have already paid for the room through online. She was a little disappointed and her attitude changed. We had asked for an extra bed in both our rooms we had booked the entire apartment which we did not get on the first night, after asking again on the second night we finally got two mattresses on the floor not a bed and this delay in bedding was because the helpers in the house were not told by the manager to provide the extra bed. The helpers in the house were very friendly and nice. The house was well maintained and clean. We had to pay extra 6000 for the extra bed even after they had not provided it for the first night. Paid in cash to the manager. The only good thing about the house is the kitchen which guests can use apart from that the hotel is not worth the cost.
The lady manager's attitude and they way she talked to customers not just the other ones as well.

Location and cleanliness is worth paying. They serve homely food. This is very much in budget.

There is no power backup, one full night, there was no light, even no candle provided. They do not have faculty to issue bill also. No card payment facility. Overall very poor facility.

We travelled with infant baby and having a kitchen helped us a lot for preparing baby food.

Overall value for money but the mixing up of rooms with bunk bed type long term rentals in the common hall with a TV was not a good experience. Secondly the kitchen cooking facilities provided need some organizational review so that three people do not show up to cook at the same time!
