good property but bad experience

location is very misleading . we were roaming for atleast 1 hours continously despite having google maps. the property is clean and tidy . we got discount from MMT and paid 2350 for 1 day . howvere when we contacted the property owner , he was complaining of MMT giving terrible discounts without their consent and that there is no profit. he was convincing us to cancel the booking time and again. the property says that , they will provide basic cooked food but they ask us to ZOMATO it. Tea and sugar is kept in the ktchen but there is no tea pot to make tea. No tea cups to drink tea!! The property is far from main city and commuting is a problem. the owmner charges 1500 for pick up from Airport wheras one can hire a car for 1800 for 8 hour s!!

Ma’am you have put your entire life’s frustration on the post itself. The property is a service apartment and you are expecting a hotel like experience, which service apartment provides pick up & drop?. We have shared you the exact google map location of the property and you were following the location shown by MMT app. I had already confirmed that there is some issue with MMT support team. There are 3 flats so your staff could have asked for tea pot or any utensil from the caretaker, they would have definitely arranged the pot from other flats. Sometimes when bigger group come, the utensils after cleaning gets accumulated in any particular flat. Besides, ours is not a hotel, its a service apartment. So when our cook is available for my office which is located in the same building, we do provide basic food to the guests as per the menu on cost otherwise swiggy zomato delivery of all major restaurants is easily available. The flat also has gas connection, refrigerator and blinkit bigbasket delivery is also available for self cooking. You have confirmed that your guests want to visit dikshabhoomi & are uneducated so i had confirmed its too far & u can cancel & book nearby
