My experience is no good.But caretaker is very good performence and lokaloy nature is very well.

soloIf you are looking for a peaceful home type stay right on the main road - buransh villa is a hidden gem. The rooms are clean and functional. The view is amazing and one can sit in the verandah the whole day and read a book while looking at the snow capped mountains. K hem singh the 1 man manager from checkin, to food, to checkout is very good.

The location of the homestay is little ahead of lohaghat but no issues if u r going by your own vehicle. The 2 room villa is perfect for people looking for peaceful stays. The rooms and bathrooms are clean. The caretaker of the property kheem singh is very professional, great in hospitality, and an excellent cook. We stayed there for 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Great place. Will recommend for sure.

We had booked it more as a break and night halt en route munsiari from delhi and spent just a night in the villa, reaching in the evening and leaving next morning; but it struck us as a place one can easily use for a long relaxing stay. K hem singh not only takes good care of the property and its guests but is also an excellent cook and a very competent and helpful person.
