Had a very bad experience here. Not a good place to stay with family. No room service. No restaurants nearby. Its better to stay in hotels opposite to the railway station. This hotel is far and also the approach road is pity condition.

Kind of money they charge is not worth the stay. Probably not worth more than the amount per day. Very small room, average cleanliness, average location - Easy only if you are traveling by train, not easy to access if you are traveling by road. Nothing great about this place. You can get far better place with the money they charge if it was somewhere else. It looks like since this is the only accommodation available in this vicinity they overcharge for this. Probably on a 'demand and supply' logic.

We booked at Phoenix Residency and the cost was quite high for the location and the size of the room. You get no toiletries and the attitude of the staff was very uneasy. Recommend no one to opt for this option even if it offered for free

soloI went there for an official purpose and could check in the hotel at early morning. The hotel people found to be more understanding and allowed me early check-in. They don't have a restaurant, it's just a new building similar to a homestay or service apartment. The room was neat and clean.
