Worst than a dharamshala

There was nobody to help. Only one cook & helper was employed for everything. No room service, no power backup no proper food, no welcome staff, wrong location map, wrong name of hotel, overall terrible experience. Only one plus point for spacious room.

Dear sir, we are so sorry for not meeting with your expectations. We would like to mention here that lachung is a small hamlet located in remote part of north sikkim. Most hotels here are by default small and with basic amenities. We have to maintain small number of staff unlike other cities as to find staff to work in this places are quite difficult duen to their difficult terrain. On the part of power back up yes we are looking into the matter and soon we will have one. I request all the upcoming guest not to expect hotels in lachung with all the modern amenities and take it as homestays in remote place then one will always feels like home.
