Pai Residency

The room was not maintained with proper hygiene. Cockroaches were running all over the place, and we couldn’t sleep at night due to bed bugs. Very disappointing experience.

Woke up in the middle of the nights with itches, discovered I was full of bites and found bed bugs in the mattress. Parking is not suited for big cars

The hotel reception was very rude ,the room was on 3rd floor the 4th floor was given to the group of 20 full chaos from 3.30 am could not sleep .

Best Location. Near Hospet bus stand and railway station. Hospitable Stafs. Clean and Spacious Rooms. Value for money. Would Definitely recommend.

Great experience at Pai Residency. The accommodation was comfortable. Special mention to Mr. G H Raj, who ensure our stay was smooth. He arranged an auto for sightseeing, which was super helpful, and even provided a temporary room for us to freshen up.

1. Check in time was 12 but I reached very early, people at the reception area were good. The manager provided me with room for getting fresh and a bath and told me to move into my room at check in time. 2. They had given place for my luggage till evening on the checkout day. 3. The room was good and pretty clean.

Nice place to reside, Supportive staff, Near to Railway Station, Near to Bus Stand, Lots of Eatables Near by, Overall a PLEASENT Stay.

I had a very good experience during the stay @ Pai Residency. Rooms are very neat and well maintained. Premises located near the central bus station and railway station. The staff are very helpful and supportive.

Average stay, need work over cleanliness

Not good service, high cost, complimentary bisilary water bottle not there, we have staying 3 days inside mobile network also and Wi-Fi facility also not there, we booked AC room but AC Main switch available in reception, i have totally uncomfortable staying in this hotel.

Decent hotel. You get what you pay for. All basic amenities provided. Convenient location - right in the heart of hospet, close to bus stop. Great for traveling to hampi.
