It is not in the place where it should be and they just posted everything and they wasted my money

I reached there at 11 pm and my booking was already confirmed there by my but when we reached there they told us that they don't have any room booked for us and after showing them the booking receipt they and telling them to again check they confirmed our booking there. As-lo the rooms were terrible, the door locks were broken and the bathroom and bed were also not clean. There was no food facility not even for the water. And at the time of check out the person just entered the room without even knocking. It was the most terrible experience i've ever had.

So bad experience, after paying full amount to mmt, hotel manager asked to pay rs 250 force fully. And if not he told me to cancel booking, in that case no refund. Room and bathroom so dirty, un hyginec, bad smell. Never stay in this hotel. I have paid unnessories rs 250. Also he has blocked my m bl number

Hotel was at good location. But staff behavior was too rude. I booked it online. Entire payment was also done in online mode but they charged 300 more without any reason. They told to provide bill in morning but in morning it was not provided. I wouldn't suggest this to satya for anyone. Worst experience in my life.

I booked hotel townhouse 453 but there is no such hotel the given location is for hotel townhouse 79651 and it was very worst

The images of hotel shown and original hotel are 360 degree apart, this is not the hotel shown, rooms are very small with no ventilation, during my stay the ac also got damaged, then i have asked hotel staff to do the needful but they showed no interest, after that i have called the mm t executive and they have spoken with the hotel staff and the problem was resolved. In the end i just need to give a small suggestions that they must make sure that images shown by hotel and real hotel is same as hotel is new for us but i trust the brand name of mmt.

I got water after 1.5 hrs in night at 11.30 pm. Water asked time was 10.15. And charged me 100rs. Tea when asked didn't came, i purchased from same shop they were also buying in 2 mins. They served poha wrapped in a very old newspaper. Extremely horrible. Spoiled my entire trip first day.
