Very bad experience. Not good and not comfortable. And staff behavior are not good. My booking mistake. But not help and

Our family stayed in 3 rooms. The room was nice, bed was comfortable enough. Bathrooms were also clean and usable. A fan in one room wasn't working well so they installed a cooler which was very nice. Other maintenance like water etc were available. Overall good experience! a solid 4. 5/5

The location of the hotel is very good but the there many problems in the hotel like washroom non ventilated room.

Room was fully packed, without any window. Bed was similar to folding bed. Bathroom was too compact

The place is excellent in terms of the hosts. It's kinda nostalgic and pretty simple yet elegant setup. The property is hard to find in the bylanes of varanasi. The staff is very well mannered and was waiting for me to reach the hotel with constant calls. I got a non ac room, the fan wasn't working and that's the only drawback. Simple rooms, wore down a bit. I guess that's cos of covid lock down. Will surely go again to same place.

I stayed 2 days in two different rooms. Washroom was not properly cleaned. Bedsheet not clean and they provided used towels. Room is suffocating and smells like rotten potatoes. No network and wifi is no longer available, it's disconnectes every 5 minute. Difficult to find hotel because entire pandey ghat gali have network problems so maps not working properly. Otherwise hotel value for money.
