We booked and went to property for check in. We paid the full amount. Receptionist (boy) said it was fully occupied due to some marriage and our owner forgot to close the hotel as not available( no marriage is going on and the place is very deep inside. They are saying to contact and check for other hotels or refund of the amount. But the point is the rooms are available and they are giving to others who came directly to higher amount. please avoid om palace. Mainly this hotel is not for families. if the hotels are not providing rooms and after payment why you are allowing.
