The view from this place is great. The scenic beauty will take your heart out. However, I expected better manners from the staff. Also, there is a lack of discipline in them. A group of wild men stayed in our neighbors during the 31st night. They were only using slang while talking. Since we went as family, it was very difficult to bear with them. No efforts were made to manage them. It's not a place for family, because of the kind of people coming we didn't feel safe. The staff lack humbleness and friendliness. This place is suitable for unshopisticated people with money to come and party hard, whose talking sounds like screaming. If you are looking for a soft, cozy, romantic, uninterrupted, shopisticated place, then you might face disappointment.

Third class hotel with cheap services

Hi I had booked a hotel from 27-6-2024 to 28-6-2024 for a stay at Munsoori aAnd as per the package which I had booked we have boked a 4 star cottage for our stay. First of all that is not cottage that was a normal third class hotel . We asked the receptionist to change our room as we had booked the cottage he literally threatened us that your booking is and camplaint them . They threatened us stay in this or leave we can’t do anything . We reached their late evening so we are left with no option and payment was also done . Worst experience with the Hotel They didn’t even serves a glass of water . However the experience there was pathetic considering their services like there was no soap/towel in the bathroom . Worst experience I suggest everyone not to book I request to reach out to me and compensate me with my amount which I have waisted …

The stay was good. Specially the view from the cottage was excellent. Experienced a great time there. The property and the aminities was good. But only that i would like to point out is about the breakfast that it could have been included as compared with the rates along with good taste.

Staff was good n cooperative but wifi was not working, table fans were not good, requirement of ceiling fan was there in such weather but it was not installed

We are disappointed to know that we were not able to meet your expectations! We do apologize for the inconvenience faced by you due to the wifi not working and the fans not being effective. As a heritage property, it is not possible to install ceiling fans in the rooms which is why we have provided for table fans. This was the first time when the weather has been so extreme in Mussoorie that fans have been required in the rooms for which we were not prepared. We will certainly look into improving this aspect of the rooms to prepare ourselves for next year. We hope that you will give us another opportunity to serve you in the future.

Hotel location is good and walking distance from mall road. Rooms are clean and newly built, it’s just amenities like soap, toothpaste, teabags are only provided in case you ask for the same at reception.

Smooth check in. Very cooperative staff & helpful 24*7 available. But very limited food facilities available in the property. Should offer more facilities.

A perfect place to stay truly an experiential living

The location of the property was excellent with a full view of mussoorie. Th e only factor which was bad was the food which was not at all tasty and the non availability of dishes me toned on the menu card. We stayed for 3 days and same breakfast was served the three days and when we asked the cook to prepare something else he refused. Toiletries were provided only once.
