The major drawback is no food at all, even no tea. This is very bad experience and make stay very boring but behaviour of staff, s other services are good. Room was not very clean but after asking for that they somehow manage this . In one word satisfactory experience. The best thig is its location.

The rooms were not clean. Everything was swept under the bed and lots of small insects roaming all around the room. Staff is super friendly but will not clean your room if it comes to that..

I have stayed in this hotel a couple of times before. This hotel is right behind Iskcon Temple and therefore the most convenient location for my stay. I was given a room at the terrace 4th floor but the lift goes only till 3rd floor, you need to walk a floor up. There was no illumination on the terrace making it difficult to access the room in pitch darkness. One consistent issue with this hotel is shortage of water in the bathrooms. During our stay, we walked into the room with dry taps. The manager said the tank was full and water would flow shortly. Even after an hour there was very low almost no water. The manager left after 9pm and still there was no water. The reception number was switched off and we had no number to call. The manager left without even asking us. Upon asking the caretaker, he said the water tank was empty and it was being filled. We got water in our taps after 2 hours. We were not able to use the bathroom for 5 hours after check-in. To make matters worse there is no backup number for room service after they switch off their main mobile. It was a quite disappointing stay this time at Hotel Nikunj.

Their location is good but the amenities in room are not up to the mark and they took time to give us a room in the name of cleaning and all

Maintenance is poor, facilities are poor, prices are very high for the quality being provided.

I booked here thinking it was very good. Their behavior was good. The room was very old. There is no natural light and air in the room. The bath water gets stuck in the bathroom. We stayed for 3 nights but the room was not cleaned even once and the bed sheets were not changed.

It was good , there is a boy caretaker and he is very helpful.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and accommodating, making sure I had everything I needed. The room was comfortable and clean, with a lovely decor.

Stay was nice. The staff especially Rishab and Stuti were very professional, polite and helpful. Looking forward to visit again. Location, amenities and services were all good.

No power backup at the property. Faced Electricity issue, hygiene was also average

it was not so good experience. there was continuous leakage of water from tap. frequent power outage during stay. towel provided was not up to the mark. on last day of stay there was short circuit happened. we called the reception person immediately by calling on mobile as no landline was given in hotel room. I have to go to personally to him to tell about the urgency. we have been given separate room after that however it was not good experience during stay

The room was not up to the mark. It was unhygienic. The switch boards were not working. The handle of the room was twisted. Washroom smelled bad.
