Excellent Stay

Location not far from the city. Adequate greenery, beautiful lake nearby. Good clean rooms. Friendly hosts. Excellent karnataka cuisine. Very happy with the stay.

Stay is pretty average and there was no caretaker too for addressing any queries! need to call the other guy every-time you need anything! they didn’t even provide drinking water to the room as well!

Good and flexible stay with nice breakfast

We stayed for 2 nights, check-in and check-out process is very smooth and flexible in timings. Food (breakfast) is also nice, taste like homemade.

Okay for a day's stay

Jeevan and basava were very hospitable, and gave me additional benefits, like allowing to carry my small pet. The room was good for a day's stay, though a bit damp inside due to rain. The location is good
