30min hike to hotel not worth it

Room was good and like My Home feeling good view, good location nearby, the Mall Road

The deluxe room balcony view is amazing.

only one blanket he gives me in -15° for an extra mattress..I asked more he says (itna sasta room hai ek hi available h) The staff is quite good..

Firstly they give a thin blanket during stay which is not sufficient for the winters here, secondly the hot water in bathroom is mostly not available. Even they don't have dispenser to get hot water and the kitchen is not allowed for guests even for filling water. During winters don't plan your stay here.

Checkin experience was worst where a couple was already fighting with owner and reception later when i asked reception guy informed your bed is getting ready i waited and post that when i entered room there was no bed available on all bed somwthing was there and then when i asked reception guy where is my bed he was confused and later gave me one bed when i asked for bed sheet and pillow he searched on it-her bed which was already used and gave it to me later when i asked to give fresh blanket or clean on as this was already used by someone and you are picking that from othher bed he mentioned we do not have any this is only one you have to manage so looking at all this things i just got out of room and tried searching for other accomadation being 31st dc everything was costlier still i checkout after 4-5 hours without using that bed and hotel

The hotel is below average because of cleanness and blanket and no hot water and the way of the hotel is total risky for new drivers

The hotel was very clean, the staff was very helpful and polite. The view from the hotel was breathtaking.

First time in manali and had a great time traveling to places as well as accommodation is very nice with food and facilities.

Overall best experience! spacious room, clean place and peaceful surrounding. Thankyou for the good services. )

Only problem is hotel is ok height we need to climb with all purpose luggage. Rest all is good. Service is good. Breakfast tasty. Staff is very polite and helpful.

Don't visit.... for free stay also....staff have rudely behavior...they use bad words...staff absence after 10 pm...emergency support zero as per there behavior..family ignore..

Serene location of the property with majestic views of the valley. Courteous staff. Delicious food is served by the kitchen at the property. Overall excellent facilities. I will be definitely visiting again. Rise and shine always guys. ❤️💫👍🙌

Best food quality and staff and service, also best mount view from this location. Room condition like new and neat and clean.

Reaching the hotel- directions not properly marked facilities offered not explained in full. (non availability of towels/ soap- tooth brush/ paste even at cost)though essential is bit troubling- else one of the best hotels for sought view at top of a hill- joyful. View from our room in 3rd floor! joyful!

Receptionist was drunk throughout the stay and was extremely rude. No amenities that were listed in mm t were provided at the hotel. Terrible experience overall

Staff was very polite and helpfull. And loved the scenic view from the hotel.

Hotel is quite new. Scenic beauty just amazing. I would not recommend it if you are going by your own car. Roads are narrow and steep inclined. Hardly one vehicle can pass.

1. Property location from mall road is walking distance. 15 min. This property is at level. 2. Food was good. On time preparing. 3. Hygiene d property. 4. Safe property actually all manali area is safe. Don't worry.
