Great location with beautiful surroundings. The location is the biggest highlight. The property is within the MTDC compound and has a lovely natural setting. The food is average, and the complimentary breakfast is also average. TV is available, but Wi-Fi connectivity is poor. The swimming pool was closed during our visit; as per the staff, it will be opened during the season, when the property is more crowded. Cleanliness is average, and although the surroundings are beautiful, the property and garden areas require better maintenance. The staff is polite and peaceful. Parking is available. Kunkeshwar Mandir is about 5 minutes away by vehicle, while the beach is around a 5-minute walk. Overall, the location and natural surroundings are the main attractions. Being inside the MTDC compound gives it a peaceful, nature-oriented feel.

Located near the Kunkeshwar temple, resort is good. Rooms were large and very well maintained. Bed linen, etc. was very clean. All electronics were working. We didn't find any complaints about this property. Special mention for the restaurant staff - they work hard and make sure food and service was provided properly. Beach access and Temple is a little away - but that adds to the peacefulness inside the resort.

Overall good but a little bit of improvement is required in rooms and hygiene. The switch needs to have loose contacts replaced. Location 5/5, food 5/4, staff 5/4 (hardworking overall kitchen staff maintain hygiene even in monsoon).

It was a nice experience. Property has beach view. Beach and Kunkeshwar Temple are easily accessible. Breakfast is good at the property. The room needs improvement in terms of cleanliness. Location is really nice.

Dinner was good, there are only 2 options for breakfast poha and misal, poha is good misal is ok, location excellent, need to experience swimming, but it's under maintenance. Property is neat, clean
