Mother Palace Beach Resort

Mother palace beach resort is a budget resort and the host is very friendly. Their is no safety issues.

Overall it was a good stay, room and washroom was clean. We asked for late check out and they charge for it.

We stayed in Mother Palace for a 1 day and 1 night. It was a nice experience and value for money. Budget room is available with below facilities 1. A single room having wooden cupboard 2. An attached bathroom and it is need having hot water facility 3. A clean bed can sleep 2 adults with a child Room is very near to sea view around 30 meters and minimal walkable distance to beach.

Don't trust the pictures posted by the hotel. Very hard to find the hotel. No food available.

It was awesome and near to beach.

We really loved the stay. It's on the cliff and you need to park your car at the helipad parking. Breakfast was good. :)

Clean, spacious, great hospitality, great vibe, free wifi with good speed.

Took little time to locate the hotel, food isn't included in our package and they provided best service.

Mother Palace is only one budget resort in cliff top, beach distance just 20 meters only rooms are very clean and neat, staff behavior was excellent, there main attraction is fully sea face roof top, we celebrate my sons birthday here in rooftop, food was delicious especially sea food, I stayed in non AC room. Definitely we will stay this hotel again, we really love this place and hotel.

Where do I even begin about the terrible stay I had here. At check-in, first no one was present to attend to us, I had booked for 3 people and was asked to pay additional for an extra mattress for the 3rd person. No hot water. Balcony opens up to a another building which is a seafood kitchen- absolutely no view with the smell of the seafood constantly lingering in the balcony. For breakfast, we got bread omelette, being vegetarians it was of no use to us. We were only provided one towel and one blanket and were refused any other towels. Upon vociferously expressing our concern, we received an additional tower, mattress and blanket. Don't be deceived by the name. It is not a resort but more of a hostel. Definitely the worst stay experience in our entire Kerala trip.

Terrible behaviour of staff. They gave us room which was full of mosquitoes and bathroom was so smelly. We asked about changing the room. Than staff asked for extra money. Horrible and rude behaviour

Good ambiance and good stay. Near to the Sea only. Nice view from the terrace.

So close and right on the cliff. Staff is helpful and will advise if needed. Bathrooms need some upgrading and preferably a heater.

Near to helipad, restaurants, and markets.

Hotel rooms have no Beach view. The rooms are not clean. Hospitality and room service was bad. It's not a standard type hotel where you get room service. It was more like a house being run as hotel. The only positive is the location as the hotel is located on North cliff you have easy access to Beach and the shopping street. Hotel located in lively place. Also the hotel staff (one person) was kind to answer and help whenever required.

Well connected and easily accessible. Staff is helpful and room decently clean. Budget friendly and no one bothers you. Silent at night, great for relaxation
