It was horrible experience at Sterling Banasri, Badami. As there were broken doors, AC and geyser were not working , the outside premises is very dirty and the property and food is too very overated. at last we had very bad experience. It's not worth the money

It was the most pathetic experience I ever had in any hotel and i am an avid traveller.they don’t have any manners how to treat their customers,the shower was not working and I have to forcibly take cold bath than they kept poking for ordering the food again and again so that they can get free and customer can go to misery ,they served all items at once and everything got cold!!! Than next day there breakfast is pathetic no taste at all ,no proper chef or anything and even the cutlery was not washed up properly ,it had stains and they didn’t even turned on the Ac or the fans in restaurant and the ceiling was leaking water so any guest if on wrong footing will be slipped and break their bones !!! Than they charged me for ro water ,that was the heights of being dumb!! And most importantly their resort manager named Shekhar was not up to the mark he kept on giving me excuses and when I asked for refund he said can’t be done and he didn’t even asked second day that everything is good or not ,if the head is so lazy and lethargic and so bad and pathetic in resolutions than what can one expect from the on ground staff!!I will say to everyone don’t go in this resort and sterling is just a name which is being tarnished by the most pathetic staff of this resort ! Stay away from this hotel if you don’t want to have an unforgettable heinous experience of a lifetime!!

The stay was not upto the mark with providing this is four star hotel. None to limited toiletries was provided. Frequently power cut due to room card reader fault, but authorities ignored it 5 to 7times. Food was not provided on time. Many items were shown but all containers are empty. Specially during breakfast the service was pathetic. Many guests including us were very unhappy. I cannot imagine we have stayed in Starling! Never ever go back to the same stay

Greenery...calm environment...good for relaxing holiday. My stay was good. Some points to mention- no iron, hair dryer, sleepers provided, mentioned in amenities. They provided Dental kit when I asked reception. Electric kettle wasn’t cleaned. Food is costly but the taste is good. Breakfast was good. Overall good experience.
