NOT GOOD AS VIEW IS NOT GOOD AND TELEVISION IS ALSO NOT WORKING. FOOD IS ALSO VERY COSTLY.............

Rooms are big and cozy. Helpful staffs. It was a good experience here. I would recommend this place for stay. Best was the mountain and the stream view right from your room windows. Early morning nature view was breathtaking ❤️.

Pros 1. Hotel location is good. 2. Hotel rooms are very spacious. Cons 1. Food is not having options. Same items are repeated for lunch n dinner. 2. Heaters are charged extra and they are not that effective. 3. Chef was smoking cigarette n cooking in kitchen. 4. Rooms services are very bad and we need to keep calling them. 5. Toiletries are not there except a small soap.

1. Dirty rooms with spider all over 2. Unhygienic food 3. Non professional staff 4. No curtain in window in the bathroom 5. No tv, no intercom, list is very long we have not taken any food in the hotel due to above reason although we paid for it

Location is good. Ambience is as per the photo uploaded. Good ambience. But never go for breakfast option. Only for puri bhaji, they charged some rs300 to each room. The staff is lazy enough to provide breakfast at right time.

Not at all satisfying. Service was very poor. Staff was not trained at all. Was not able to order any room service smoothly.

1) room was good but the bathroom door handle was a problem. Would get locked and had to be opened with the key 2) property is managed by very young boys and it's hard to find them on the reception desk. 3) when asked for refill of water i was told to go downstairs and refill it myself which i did myself for the rest of the 2 days. 4) no options for breakfast. Just one item.

The view of the hotel is good. The rooms rating would be between average to good. The rooms can be cleaner. The flooring at some places was uneven and sinking

The hotel didn’t have any lift and our room was on the 3rd floor. We had to go up and down also food was terrible and there was foul smell outside our room. In the morning when we wanted some extra towels no one seemed to answer the call and also to checkout we had to call multiple times for them to take bags. Overall bad experience.

Taps ran dry as soon as we checked in and again in late evening. Staff very curt and unresponsive. The intercom only rings and does not ring at the reception. When we told the receptionist he said the staff may be sleeping and that too at 3 pm. Food lousy. Don't want to go on and on and spoil my mood. Make my trip should refund us for the stay

From recommending local attractions to accommodating special requests, sargam went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and valued as a guest. The hotel itself was immaculate, with luxurious amenities and comfortable accommodations. The delicious meals at the on-site restaurant were a highlight of my stay, and the convenient location made it easy to explore the surrounding area. Overall, my time at montenamar lachung was nothing short of fantastic, thanks in large part to the outstanding service provided. I cannot wait to return and experience their hospitality once again.

Nice hotel. Very neat and clean. Staff are very cordial and helpful. Food quality and variety needs improvement.
