Disappointing Stay – Poor Hygiene and Broken Facilities and not worth price

had a very disappointing experience with this property. The hygiene standards were extremely poor—bathroom taps were rusted, the showerhead was missing, and there was no option for hot water. The sofa in the room was torn and poorly patched with an extra piece of fabric, and the TV was non-functional—just a display piece. Overall, the room condition felt more like a low-budget hotel near a railway station priced around ₹400–₹500, which is not what I expected from. I would have certainly requested a refund. I’m extremely disappointed and hope this feedback helps improve future guest experiences.

My experience with mohan palace its excellent as all the staff are too supportive. They are polite and cooperative even i did not feel that i am in small town. We will visit soon again.

The hotel is prized bit on a higher side for a business traveller like me for a city like Farrukhabad. But the hotel is clean, staff is good and responsive and is located with a km of Railway station. So over all this is a good stay. Thali is a good eat, please try.
