Staff are very good. Well mannered and well behaved. We are pure vegetarian. They provided homely and tasty Maharashtrian food. Very good breakfast and veg thali. They also provide non-veg food. Beach is wonderful. Only negative point is rooms are very small. That is disappointing. AC & Non-AC tariff difference is Rs. 1000/- this is too much.

How can you take money without providing service to customers MMT?

At maul i sea view we observed that non ac room is available at 1500 rupees and make my trip charged 3000 rupees for non ac room

Room are spacious comfortable and very clean. Good sea view. Room service, food quality good. Staff is very cooperative and provides information we needs. Enjoyed lot in this stay . Thanks a lot for your cooperation 😊

Worst experience. Worst rooms. Worst view of public toilet in front of room. Not at all customer centric

Refuse to on ac they said ac is not included in booking extra charges need to pay during stay for ac while booking we have booked ac room

Good service. Best location. Best food veg and non veg.

Room was smelly. They took additional 700 rupees for ac but the ac worked properly only during night time. During the day time there was too much voltage fluctuation that occurred and the ac was of no use. Only good thing here was food.

The food is very good, our entire family loved it. It is located exactly in the beach. The staff is good and accomodative. Borh veg and non veg food and breakfast was too good. Tea was awesome. Upma was too good. Drawbacks- 1. The room pics are shown with ac. And after reaching there. They say that your booking is without ac and will charge you extra for the ac 2. The rooms are shabby. They need to make it look good. The rooms look old. They should do some pop, good pairing, hotel like bed sheets to improve its looks and feel 3. If you are traveling by a tempo traveller, then you can't reach the place. There is a small bridge and then you have to walk 0. 8 km

No sign boards to locate property, staff and service was average. Charges are very high compare to service provided.

Food was delicious. Mostly surmai, there was variety in breakfast. Overall very nice

The location is awesome just in front of beach. Very less crowded and peaceful. Parking came to be done in front of hotel. What I like the most is the taste of food. Staff and owner are polite. The property is not a luxury type and that easily identifies base on the amount and picture. But if in group the best place to stay in budget.

This property had safety issues. The access to first floor is terrible. Staircase is made of a temporary structure. Moreover, there is no railing on the 1st floor. I was travelling with my 2-year-old kid. Considering this problem I didn't stay here. The property was ok.

The property was good but there were no intercom facilities in the property. Rest was fine.
