Room's are not clean and give bad smell.bad seat also dirty.airconditior not working properly.window cover are transperant.hot water geyser not working properly

Rooms walls are not neat and clean. Room service was ok ok. Feels like a hostel not a hotel. Didn't give a good room ambience. Not recommended. Photos mentioned of hotel was 5 years old Ok

The rooms are so dirty wash room horrible no cleaning in the rooms beeding is so dirty the price which you charged is very high as compared with other hotels surrounding here are cheaper with better rooms and other amminities are very good. Service is pathetic. Water loging in the bathrooms. Dirty bedding. Almost lighting is not available only one light is working. The dustbin they are not cleaning and the garbage is lying since last two days. Condition of towels

This is a very friendly, family-run hotel in a location well-suited for visiting the sites of mandu by foot or bicycle. I found the family members to be incredibly kind and helpful; they did their upmost to make my stay comfortable. I did find this location a bit noisy-it's on the main road-and think the rooms are a bit overpriced. But, i did appreciate the hospitality and nice garden area for relaxing with a cup of tea.

It is advisable that mandu sarai is not suitable for family staying. Another information is that there is no fooding arrangement including tea for which tourists is required to go outside.

The location is good and you can get everything nearby. no food available, avg hotel and no amenities in the premises. the photos are misleading , seems a big property but actually not.

Best part is the location. It's very close to attractions. The staff is good and friendly. Charges of 6k/night do not justify what they offer. The rooms are small and pretty basic. They do not have a restaurant. 3 restaurants are available in walking distance but all are horrible in food, menu, service, and ambiance. Parking is open and almost on the road, can only accommodate 4-5 cars.

Location is best, very close to the city centre. Food is awesome as they are serving home prepared food due to lockdown.

The best location it is placed with easy access to royal enclave and food joints. All in walk-able distance. It is small family run hotel where you can get nice decent homemade food. Worth the money.

We booked the room for 2 nights and paid some for family of 4. Few points to note before booking this place: Does not have kitchen so you cannot order during odd times (if required). No telephone available in room to contact reception. You would need to walk to down every time you need something. Not ample parking available. Stincky room with peculiar cng smell in washrooms (almost all room).

No phone, location was in between homes

It is not worth per night as I paid for 2 nights. Room is ok. Linens are not very clear particularly blanket. Wash room is too cozy, hardly any room to move inside. Only good thing is staffs are good. You can get morning tea and breakfast on your order.

We don't like the hotel and the cost of it. We asked the receptionist and he told that we have booked this room overpriced and other than this we didn't get the room we booked for. Very bad experience and i'm not at all satisfied.

Hotel is on main Road and near to the main attraction. Food not available in the hotel but there are plenty options near by.

Cleanliness was excellent. Courteous services. But slight costly and unprofessional
