Lapista Cottages & Villas | Swimming Pool

We booked 2BHK and 1BHK as part of this stay, we were 7Adults and 1Child. The 1BHK was well maintained and had a great view from balcony. But the 2BHK was below average, we understand there can be insects inside rooms as we are staying in forest resort but cockroaches and spiders should not be there. There were spiders webs in rooms just above bed and cockroaches roaming in dustbins and floors. Also the restaurant at the resort was not available throught the day, this should be mentioned in the advertisement so that people can know while booking the stay. On the positive side, the resort is at nice location and the views are good, swimming pool is well maintained, you have a good trail inside resort where you can walk, just beware of the leaches(as 1got stuck on my leg).

Location of villa is good but slightly they need to improve room maintenance and cleanness. Its was very good and memorable vacation. Thank you

Lapista or Aditya resort, Worst maintenance, no proper room service, no restaurant. Room maintenance is also worst. For families 💯 not suggested this resort

Ita good location but rooms are not good

Resort is good and food in restaurant is good But morning breakfast is average should be added some more items only there was chouta bathura and 1 chicken curry

The room condition was terrible, it had cockroaches in the wardrobe, washroom. The rooms were in a terrible state with no maintenance. The property did not have any reception and the room service was very bad, took very long to respond to requests.

Terrible terrible experience..Location not traceable, no provision for food, one menu card of outside restaurant for which it took more than 3 hrs for delivery, rooms are shabby, pathetic services- no staff is there..Will never recommend.

The service provided was very excellent, stay was well maintained with good ambiance and nature , when it comes to food it’s amazing taste with fast service and room service will be all door step with good response , room service boy is too polite and provide all services which are available

Mr Sahir hosted us with an excellent hospitality. please take your 4*4 vehicles with you the entrance to the venue has extreme incline . location 9.5/10.

when I reached the property's location, can't I see a name board of property in there, so I contacted to the property phone number then a executive guided us to the property. The room,pool, location and the Vibe everything liked my family...

We had visited the property in 2023 and as we liked the property then, we had rebooked same for my birthday but this time we were disappointed. Initially we were provided with a villa where the walls was stained both in living and also in bedroom which doesnt look appealing. Then we asked to change where they provided a AC villa but even in that also the walls were stained both in living area and bedroom, also Washroom latch was not getting closed properly and was found damaged. Only one advantage is the hotel is tied with a good restaurant where you can get good food. Also the external view from balcony gives you peace The property seriously needs a quick renovation.

Beautiful property, excellent for nature lovers

Had a wonderful stay at Lapista Villa, Wayanad! The location is peaceful and surrounded by nature, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The villa was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Loved the private pool and the serene views. Great hospitality and tasty local food made the experience even better. Highly recommend!

there is no fun activity such as the badminton bat was broken they have basketball court but no ball the indoor games are terrible like the elements are missing they give only 2 bottles of drinking water and they did not provide camp fire which includes in the package

A property with calm and natural ambience, relaxing and peaceful stay. Easy to reach with all amenities, good food court, pool, play area, camping facility. Lot of places of interest at near vicinity.

The staff, including the host Abdu Rahoof and manager Shahir, are commended for their friendly and attentive service, Such a wonderful experience

The property had a good ambience, villa was good had good rooms. Swimming pool is not that big, it's a decent one, it's depth is less. Restaurant is available In the premises. Staffs were also good.

Excellent room arrangement and overall service was good. The villas are placed between lovely vegetation which makes the stay memorable. Food was limited in options but tasty, but doesn’t matter much as they have an option to order from outside. Overall, worth a stay with family.
