The hotel is right on the cliff, host arun is very helpful and sweet guy, the breakfast was also great.

Room was well maintained and it is very near to the beach cliff. The owner is very kind and shared insights about the spots to visit. The breakfast served was very good.

The room was good, care taker was so good, he makes us feel comfortable by arranging food, stay and a cab for our trip.

It was a good experience. The room was neat & clean. The most awesome part is that the varkala beach cliff is just at the back of this home stay & it just takes a minute to walk upto there. Arun, the host was really hospitable & did all favours & help for us.

The place is located just next to the cliff. So it was very convenient location wise. The host was also friendly. The rooms are well kept. We were also provided with complimentary breakfast though it was not included in the package. Thank you for the hospitality!

Hotel was amazing. It's exactly on the north cliff! neat and clean! awesome vibe inside property! arun(caretaker) is superb person! he will support you in every possible way! highly recommended!

Excellent service, comfortable stay, house owner is so supportive and friendly. It is home stay, where you have also kitchen access, this is home stay is also very near to varkala beach, 5min walk only. I recommend to people if they are looking for stay at varkala.

The homestay is next to varkala cliff. The stay was comfortable and the rooms were clean. We had access to kitchen with supplies, gas stove and refrigerator. The service was really good.

The room we stayed in was good the owner of the hotel spoke well the beach view was easy to park the car it was a great place the small problem was that the water in the bathroom was not flowing properly.

La exotica home stay gave us a nice homely stay. Extremely hospitable staff. Rooms were clean and spacious.

The room was neat and good. The receptionist speaks and treats well. But as we entered at night so we wished to extend the time as we were tired, in this case, the receptionist was not much helpful otherwise overall it was a nice stay.
