Krichena Homestay

I had a wonderful experience at the homestay. The hosts were kind and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The rooms were clean and cozy, with everything i needed for a comfortable stay.

Courteous and helpful owner/manager. Suitable for youngsters. In middle of a small village with nice teak plantations just behind the stay. However, not meant for solo women travellers. Location is not easily accessible for autos and cabs unless you have a pre-booking.

The property was amazing, the house had its own tiny compound, and the interior was very cute. We loved everything about it, however, the caretaker was a bit unprofessional, and upon reaching the homestay, we had to be the one to ask her for basic amenities like the mosquito coil, cups, soap, toothpaste and we also had to insist her to change the drinking water. I would have given a 5 star rating based on the property alone, but unfortunately have to give it a 3 star rating because of the reasons mentioned. On a side note, i would really love to return to this homestay again, and i hope that this is taken as constructive criticism! also, cheers to the homeowner who tried their best to make us comfortable to the best of their ability!

Amazing experience i have ever had as it was my first homestay experience. The owner of the property is professional as well as sweet. Even the caretaker, is such ann amazing lady.
