It was so terrible the staff is so uncooperative and doesn't care regret booking in this hotel had book in KP but they shifted us in a different hotel nobody picked up call when we called we came late in the night from the airports bit nobody was there to receive us infact nobody opened the door when we reached the hotel we had to stay in the car we booked all night it was so bad they didn't even have the manners to apologize for their mistake so inshort it was a terrible stay

they cancelled my booking without information & MMK has not refunded my money. The call centre of MMK is pathetic and keeps customers busy with pressing same numbers again and again without a call back or speak to customer care executive option. Extremely insensitive and with family we would left to figure out what to do on the middle of night. I may never use MMK in future of this is not resolved
