Poor Stay

The stay at lachung was really bad. The hotel did not provide wifi, toiletries were provided when asked, towels were not changed next day. The day i entered the hotel electricity went away where other hotels provided standby facility we were made to sit in dark room. It was pathetic. There was no support from owner for change in hotel for anything. He just went in saying it is remote place but we could clearly see other places with light due to inverter or generator system.

Hotel stays were good except for the food served at some of the properties. All the stays were in prime positions.

We could not stay in that hotel

I could not reach the clifton hotel because it was raining heavily that day and the hotel did not support me so i was forced to take another hotel rufinadezong lachen there behavior is not good they told me talk with your booking agent. This has been a very bad lesson for me. Subsequently i will think twice before booking further from your company.

The hotel approach is terrible. Extremely basic. We reached in the evening and however helpful refused to make any snacks for us. We had returned from a tiring journey from gurudongmar and needed to rest but blankets were basic mink ones. We eventually had to find another hotel and left this one.

It was amazing view from the hotel. Food quality was like home made. Staff behavior was very nice.
