very good place, very aligned to those wanting to go for safaris in Panna, and equally good for those wanting to chill. Food was good and homely

Good comfortable rooms and toilet. Food could be a bit better in terms of taste n variety. Specific information on non refundable amount of safaris was not given.

We stayed here for a one night stay and trust me they really have a good chef whatever they serve is superb

Lights are very dim. It can be improved if there are some more lights in the night. Food is nice.

The hotel is a nice property but badly mismanaged. Food quality is poor (specially during dinner). The manager of the hotel nods his head to everything you say but does nothing about it. He has a very laid back attitude and this trickles down to the staff. Though there are some in the staff who are very dedicated (like Manoj from housekeeping).

Except for the location and the ambience it provides, the property needs to do a lot more. The service is slow. The food remains ordinary though more on home style, which is a plus. But gere is no bottled water and one does know how clean is the water they provide to drink. Only a soap is given. No shampoo, no moisturiser the boat ride which they promise for an hour is actually for 40-45 minutes. Frankly speaking the kind of money they charge, it isn't that much worth.

We got the hut number 5. Me and my wife reached Panna as part of our planned road trip and stay at Ken River lodge was for 2 nights to relax a bit too. The location is very good adjacent to Ken River. The hut looked a bit rustic to my wife but for me it was awesome. It was very cold on 26 and 27 December and the staff helped us with all our requests whenever we requested. Let me say is very categorically that the staff is very polite and helpful except Mr. Ghosh who at times jumps the gun I felt

This is not a hotel to stay with family. Bad service. Poorly maintained rooms. Food was very bad, we just eat the food to fill up. Nothing is good about this hotel, we all are agree that we will not come again here and suggest everyone not to go there.

The lodge is great for family stay. It is lazy and warm. If you are with family go for cottage it has two bedrooms a lounge and balcony as good as your home. They just need to improve upon the quality of food rest is WOW. Go and enjoy your stay here.

It's a luxurious homely stay whatever you will be thinking to ask from them for service they will be ready with that before you ask. The feel of hut is given like how earlier Rajas used to stay during their hunting trip.

Most of the things are excellent and impressive. Overall cleanliness has to be improved. Food quality was not upto the mark, particularly preparation part. Location wise it is really well thought of. Little bit more attention is required for existing amenities.

The staff is very attentive and professional, the meals are very good but unfortunately the rooms and especially the sanitary facilities are not maintained (shower not working, electrical sockets in very poor condition).

The whole experience was great! Very helpful and friendly staff.
