Only breakfast available at facility but it’s not complimentary it’s paid also rooms are very congested

We booked this on the last day of our trip. Very neat, clean, calm and good homestay. Homely feeling, good gesture. Very close (5 mins) to the Bus stand. You will get a nice tea and breakfast here. People here are so helpful. It was raining and we wanted a rickshaw to reach the ST bus stand. They manage to share rickshaw driver's no. and we could book the auto. Overall good stay. The room was tiny but clean and neat. A perfect stay for family/couple. Thank you Kavijay!!

1) the owner of the property is a old man and he may be mad he shouts and annoying to the traveller. 2) no parking available properly. 3) staff and handlers said to us moo v car to other place to or three times if car park one place

Hot water facility was for limited timings. Mattress were very poor quality. Room service not upto the mark.

The experience of my hotel stay was good. I find the the hotel property with the help of makemytrip. Com and google guideline. The service was best. Thank you.

Kavijay nice place to stay for working people’s not for groups who wants to enjoy in loud way

Fantastic stay in a homely atmosphere. Neat and clean rooms along with appropriate amenities. Sufficient parking available.

The only good part about this stay option is its location as its situated right in the middle of dapoli with close proximity to the market area, bus stand. Beaches like murud, ladghar, karde are all close by. But the property is really sub-par. The rooms are so tiny, the mattress, pillows seemed really old and worn out. The basic cleanliness of the rooms is not upto the mark. Have stayed at many homestays in the konkan area, but this one was really bad.

I went to dapoli as a solo traveler. This property is located within 2kms of dapoli bis stand. The location is peaceful and away from the city crowd and noise. It's a residential area, so it has that safety benefit. The room and toilet were clean. Hot water was available. I think the man in charge was not present during my stay. Maybe his parents were present who were understanding hindi but not talking any. Bed was so thin and not comfy. Actually it was a bit too hard to sleep on. The sheets were clean, but the blanket seems unwashed and have a bit of a dusty smell. Water pressure was fine. Two small soap bars were provided.

Good stay, the staffs are good, we stayed in the night there was some issues but they have managed it. There is no spa over there.

Good property in this budget and for sleepover

This is the best stay when visiting dapoli city. It’s very close to main city center and convenient to have ride to harne, anjarle or other beaches around the city.

very bad experience

Location was a bit inside from the main spots and beaches. As per the rates, it is not justified as compared to rooms you get against the amount you pay. The rooms are like a regular apartment house and nothing near a hotel room standard.

Place are really good and good staff.

Hotel was easy to locate, room was good, clean rooms, room facilities were also good.

Very good. Peaceful stay. Very calm place.
