C graded manager no manners not educated enough language problem, terrible staff behaviour, no intercom only bell , don’t respond , food quality is worst , they don’t admit about any problem created by them , old fashioned toilet bathroom , doors are terrible.

Good The property is opposite to the City Bus Stand. and @km distance from Railway Station. The staff is nice and cooperative. I had booked for 3 days and extended another four days.

Maintenance of the hotel facilities must improve. Very noisy split AC disturbed my sleep. Eventually had to switch off the AC

Bathroom lock is not working. Even after giving complaint not done. Broken chair are kept in the room. No body one attend you in the restaurant even after sitting for 20 minutes no one bother to came to my table. So i sleep hungry in the night as there is no eateries available in the vicinity. Ac noise disturb sleep.

Older hotel, needs proper maintenance and cleanliness. Food is average and it's location is not suitable for international guests

Shower not working, heater not compatible for a person to take shower, service is too slow, room light off & on, cleanliness is a big zero. If we complaint, people in reception shout on us.

The rooms are ok, the house keeping service interms of any requirement is pathetic. We need to follow up a lot. The food quality needs sheer improvement, quantity is perfect but taste wise it needs a lot of improvement. The staff behaviour is good 👍. At Kamlesh the breakfast also, requires improvement. Overall I would rate it average
