The property is located in an isolated place without proper road and infrastructure. There was no light in the washroom and we informed this but didn't get resolved and balcony wasn't clean. We ordered food and got it delivered properly.

Service is so bad n here dirty room, no TV , no hot water service n here in our absence without permission staff open our room with master key... no food available

the location of the property might be a bit interior, but if you follow Maps it shouldn't be a problem. The amenities were okay, had a swimming pool, table tennis and carrom. It lacked a heater/geyser for which they offered us a heating rod which was okay. The inhouse food is good, but it may take long to arrive so place the order accordingly. What we didn't quite like was the mattress, as it wasn't washed that well. Nice stay will like to specially mention vinod the person incharge of reception who was very helpful l the property is very nice and good for stay with family the pool was nice with all types of indoor games

Actually they don't have sea-prate hot water system, no tv, and also they brought food from other side, food quality also so bad

Beautiful nature view. Bathroom was not cleaned. Electricity was not stable for whole night.

I recently stayed at janavi resort and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. The room we were allotted seemed to have been hastily cleaned, with visible signs of neglect. Additionally, the lack of proper hot water in the morning was a major inconvenience. The promised wifi was unreliable, making it challenging to stay connected. While the staff were polite, their laid-back demeanor gave the impression that they were in their own home, neglecting the care expected in a professional setting. Overall, a disappointing stay that fell short of expectations.

Room was great but not washrooms

No cleanliness, dust everywhere, washroom had many stain everywhere. Cupboard was full of stain n dust. No hangers.

Everything is fine but after check in we had to wait 15 mins before check-in after check-in i found there was no blanket there, again and again remind them to please give the blanket.

The hotel service was really pathetic, power cut at night from 10pm to 1:30am, even though there was no water in the morning from 6am to 11am till we checked out. I raised this issue with the service manager but he doesn't want to take responsibility and saying raised with the owner or mmt, i raised the issue with mm t and am still waiting for the update

This is a worst place staff to stay i am frequent traveller but this happens first time with me not expected this type of worst property already i booked for night stay between 18/05/23-19/05/23 & as per our schedule we had to check in there @ 11pm i called them & inform but due to some accident takes place we are reaching there at 4 am but they are not opening the gate i called them but they are not picking up the phone. After continuous call they pickup the call and opening the gate but there worker don't know which is our rooms he called his manager he tells him room no 305/6/7. After reaching there we saw room is not cleaned someone is used that rooms before we check in. After reaching they had make an arrangement of room cleaning only 1 cleaner is there & their bedsheet/pillows/ blankets are not cleaned properly after asking him he tells we are having this one only whatever you have to complaining you do in the morning to manager after asking him i came to know manager is there and sleeping at upper floor but after talking with him he is not ready to came there. Next is more hilarious coz at the time of booking i fill all the details of seats and make total payment but after reaching he is not ready to give us extra bed in the room there worker is given bed but after talking his manager he tells they have received for only 3 rooms not for extra bed if required then will charged extra and taken back. No room service is there insects are in thousands u can't count ac is not working properly. Very very very bad experience

There are no basic amenities like electricity in the hotel. Was very problematic. And fan and lights run on partial voltage. Every 5 minutes the fan goes low and re starts. Very bad experience.

Stay at janavi resort was good. Room was clean. Staff is very humble and helpful. Food is also good. Place is very peaceful. Overall experience was very good at janavi resort.

Poor quality, breakfast pathetic

Stay with family members was very good.

Ok stay. But location is stinky because there’s garbage disposal nearby. No hot water for bath. No tv. Tv there but not working. On asking for tv d receptionist sent a guy with set up box and a cable wire. After 45 min of working on it he said he would return on work on it. But tv didn’t work till d end. Worst stay ever.

The location is remote but reachable, food is ordered from outside hotel. Room was with insects but still spacious.

Hotel was good but they dis-troy my anniversary. Because in our package sweeming pool included but they not provide, phone nit work. Room was higenic.

Stay was good. Staff is friendly and there are few indoor games. The swimming pool was clean. But if you come by the train, autowala takes some amount for just 1 kilometer that's why we preferred walk.
