Booked two rooms, double occupancy for a total of 4 adults and one child. No water bottles provided. No soap or shampoo packets provided Bedsheets and linen were dirty. Only one towel was provided per room. There is NO LIFT, and THERE ARE NO ROOMS IN THE GROUND FLOOR. Good luck if you have heavy luggage. The bathroom ventilation fans are not working, leading to very unpleasant situations. Bathrooms have a VERY TINY WATER HEATER, so tiny, that one can have a hot shower for no more than 3 to 4 mins. Overall, not a good experience.

As per online king size bed, but only small bed, extra bed provided kept at floor Ac only fixed temp control Room 108 allotted for 3 occupancy Very small room.

The place is just very close to the temple...just 5 min drive...new building and clean rooms....only drawback...need to park ur car in front of the building....which is the main road....rest all are good

the room is clean and good but no exhauster fan in wash room and no window even. The room AC has to take role of exhauster fan. No List and only climb steps. limited car parking space

Stay was good... Room was near and clean... Good hospitality

Until paid Rs 300/ for extra bed they didn’t accept to give for my driver

Its not great, the AC barely works, the hotel staff were rude.

Nice place to stay well maintained and clean place to stay. Had an great experience and place is homely

Property location is good, the room is not worth for the amount which i paid. Worthless to book such rooms i saw that the break fast will be served but not even a single person is bothering to ask or non of in the place to ask.

The facility was shabby, no proper maintenance of the room, cot and bedspread was dirty with insect all-around inspite of ac. No photos were captured during our stay

The rooms were shabby. No maintenance, no option of food available, no facilities provided as claimed on the website the facility seems to be very unorganized

Rooms, parking facilities, location to main temple are good, as lift facility is not there it is little tough for senior citizens

After reaching the hotel at 11pm, it was closed, despite several attempts to call the hotel number, no one attended; we searched for another hotel to stay in the night. It is a shame on hotel and makemytrip; please refund my amount with compensation

Parking was haunted without lights. Its a marriage hall room converted into hotel stay. The room's door didnt have additional 2nd lock and access to bedroom from the window was possible without any grills and latch.

Feedback below: 1. Room is not suit for family 2. No fan 3. Ac wiring work done outside of wall which i felt was not secure

The rooms very not maintained well there were ants over the bed it bite me on my eye and all over the body, my had a very big swell which took 2 days to become normal
