location was just ok..Room was not having any window, they have provided even towel in room.

Food quality is below average. Stayed in #217. Toilet commode was stained. Wash basin had a crack. A/C too noisy & not chilling at 20°C. There was no dormitory for the driver. The driver's washroom was in pathetic condition (as per driver's feedback)

We are so Happy with Room Services. Room is very clean and neat. But The Two girls in Restaurant Service not behave like friendly they are just like Rude Behaviour. Other Staffs are very Friendly with a beautiful Smileing Face.

Review: I faced issues with the front reception and food service. I informed the reception two hours before checkout that I would settle the bill, but they delayed it and provided the bill only an hour after checkout, which caused me to miss my flight. They also charged me for food that I didn’t eat. Overall, I’m not satisfied with the service experience.

This hotel was a great choice for our trip. The room was spacious and comfortable, with clean sheets and modern amenities. The staff were incredibly helpful, assisting with our trip and even allowing us a late checkout. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. Hotel location was best to visit nearby famous tourist places.

The location of the hotel is definitely a plus, and that was one of the better aspects of our stay. However, we faced several disappointments during our visit. We had booked a Winter Green Premium Room, but the room we were given felt more like a standard one. The actual room looked quite different The hotel also mentioned in-room refreshments as part of the room offering, but none were provided during our stay. Additionally, only one dental kit was given, despite our booking being for two people — a clear oversight, especially since the hotel was aware it was a couple's stay. Food prices were on the higher side, and unfortunately, the quality didn't justify the cost. The only exception was the complimentary breakfast, which was fairly good and better than the other meals we ordered from the menu. Overall, while the location and complimentary breakfast were positives, the stay didn’t live up to expectations due to the room not matching its description, missing amenities, and poor value for money.

In single word: Not value for money. Don’t dare to try

the trip was average due to initial check in service, we had to wait for 30 minutes as there was a confusion on the receptionist side if there is a booking or not
