Absolutely unacceptable experience. The staff was consistently indifferent and unhelpful. There was no drinking water in the rooms, which is a basic necessity. The elevator was completely non-functional, forcing us to climb multiple flights of stairs. This was extremely distressing, especially for my 70-year-old mother, who struggled significantly. Additionally, there was no parking available despite being listed as an amenity. The so-called “breakfast buffet” was non-existent. We were told to choose between just plain paratha, aloo paratha, or poha, and even then, the kitchen took nearly 30 minutes to prepare a single basic plate. This property not only lacks hospitality, it disregards guest comfort and dignity. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place at all costs.

Room size was good. The room and washroom were clean. 10-12 mins walking from Daan ghati temple. Didn't see any power related issues for my stay. Staff was good Room size was good. Overall it’s very good location near mandir and room and interior are also good and breakfast are available for same for both people

Locate at very nearby Govardhan Temple and bus stand, always availability of e- rickshaw, auto etc. Market is also very near.

Property is good. Clean and well maintained. Worth trying. Well located near parikrama point. Limited options in food. Only thali option in lunch and dinner, but food is good.

The hotel was neat and clean, with cooperative staff. The food was freshly prepared and tasted like home meals. I stayed solo, but didn't feel insecure during the stay.

Our program was cancel-led due to some medical emergency. We had requested to cancel the booking but there is no response.

Rooms are in good condition, there has some issues in ac, that can not cool instently, may be the ac's service is needed or that's are not capable as per room size
