Hotel room was clean and good. And the staff was also polite and helpful especially part-ho ghosh who made our stay very well.

Had and amazing stay at victoria inn. The staff hospitality is of top notch. Rooms are good and price is decent. You can book this hotel no doubt if you are planning to visit kolkata.

The rooms are well kept but very small in size. One cannot stretch at all. Its good only fr sleeping and not fr anything else. However the staff is good and professional.

This property is good in picture only not in actul. Very bad experience. Rooms are not good. Even no kitchen for food. 2 staff for all hotel. Pathetic experience.

Terrible experience. It looked like a servants quarter. Linen was solid and very bad smell. No breakfast kuch and dinner facility. Washroom were small and dirty

Stay was hassle free staff was cooperative and quite helpful. Had a separate room to keep the luggage in case you want not to carry it with you if after checking out

This hotel is the worst one. Staff are terrible and rude. The front desk guys were the worst and most indifferent. The rooms are of the worst quality; the ac is broken and the beds have bugs in them; the ambience is gloomy; it is a mess in the middle of a messy location. The only reason to book is that it is near the cmri hospital; otherwise, don't book this hotel at all. Even the wifi is bad, and more i think it should not get even one star.

The food arrangement ws not good in dis hotel. Stay was good but as i hv mentioned above that food arrangement for breakfast and dinner was not good. That disappointed us.
